Before we begin the meditation we ‘tune in’ with this mantra:
‘ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO’ (x 3)
This mantra means “I bow to the divine wisdom within” and connects you to your inner learning and knowledge.
After the meditation, we finish with this mantra:
‘SAT NAM’ which means “I am truth”.
